3rounds of 10-15 reps of pass thrus,squats,push-ups,ghd sit-ups,hip/back extension,pull-ups,dips.

WOD: 

5 rounds for time

Burpee Box Jumps 10

Push Press 95/65  15

Pull-ups 20

250m run
