3 Rounds of squat therapy, sit-ups, push-ups -good mornings.

WOD

Front Squats 20  115/75 

Sit-ups 25

Kb Swings 30 

*  ManMakers are with Dumbells.   Set dumbells on floor, jump back do a push up.  Jump in and squat clean the dbs, press overhead and with weight overhead, do two walking lunges.  (If no room, two alternating front lunges)
