Strength: 10 reps 50% max Deadlifts 5x75% max reps 3x85% max 2x90% max 1x95% max...... 5# each rep til failure.... WOD "HELEN" 3 rounds for time 400m run 21 db or kb swings 53/35 12 pull-ups Please keep good count on your reps....So important.... |
